Use a gentle, non-abrasive cleaner and then apply a fiberglass cleaner such as Gel Gloss. We like Dow Scrubbing Bubbles. Do not use anything abrasive, even Soft Scrub. The gel-coat finish we apply to our stone is a very high quality and durable surface, similar to the finish on a boat. As long as proper cleaning techniques are used and no sharp or abrasive objects are drug across the surface then no significant scratching should occur.

| What makes cultured marble better than fiberglass inserts? |
|
One reason cultured marble is better then fiberglass inserts is flexibility. One piece units are extremely difficult to maneuver through your house and usually require a lot of drywall repair. That also limits their size. A cultured marble shower can be made to almost any size and the separate pieces can be maneuvered easier through your home.
